Qualitative Data

Information, including emotions, feelings, or sentiments that can’t accurately be physically measured.

It is the opposite of quantitative data.

In Conversion Rate Optimization, qualitative data is often obtained through User Experience (UX) studies, where participants state what they feel or think about a website.

When used in combination with quantitative data, it can be a dynamite optimization combination.
