Result: With or without the secondary CTA button?
Two CTA buttons in auto financing section

WINNING VERSION

A

Test Details & Background:

Capital One Financial Services, the well-known American banking and loans company, conducted this number-crunching Call To Action (CTA) study in-house, on the auto financing section of their site.

With the goal of increasing application submissions, the team tested whether adding a second “Get Pre Qualified” Call To Action (CTA) button, in addition to the existing "Learn More" CTA would help or hinder conversions.

The kicker was both CTAs were stacked directly on top of each other in the same "Auto Financing" box.
