For example, a digital marketing agency may sell Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) services to a t-shirt website retailer looking to optimize its website to sell more t-shirts.
The agency is selling its services to another business.
This business model differs from B2C -- which refers to a business, like a t-shirt retailer, selling t-shirts directly to customers.
